How long does delivery take?
For components and one-off prebuilt deals, delivery is usually 1–2
working days. For custom gaming PCs, we normally ship within 5 working
days after confirming your build.
Do your PCs come with a warranty?
Yes — all Pink Parsnip Computers come with a 12-month warranty
direct with us. Many new parts are also covered by full manufacturer
warranties.
Can I upgrade my PC later?
Yes. We design our systems with future upgrades in mind, so you can
easily add more storage, memory, or swap in a new GPU when you’re ready.
Do you offer finance or payment plans?
Yes — we support PayPal Pay in 3 and Clearpay, so you can split the cost of your build into manageable payments.
Can I pick my own specification or change one of your builds?
Yes! All of our gaming PCs can be customised. You can either tweak
one of our existing builds (for example, upgrading the graphics card or
storage) or we can design a completely custom specification to suit your
budget and needs. Just get in touch and we’ll build it your way.
